Snow!

Wow, it is seriously snowing here in Oxenmaford! The air is thick with it, it's settling (certainly on the grass), and we're buried underneath a blanket of surly grey clouds which promise that this will continue for some time.

I know one young man who'll be most chuffed.

Nah. Blue skies coming from the north already...

I can only see south from my window, so I'll take your word for it! I could see blue sky earlier, too, but it's long gone now. In which case, if it's vanishing to both north and south, we really are getting thoroughly buried in cloud. And the snow keeps falling - yay! (which is easy to say if you're already at home, so don't have to go out in it).

I have a rather lovely panoramic view which takes in the city centre to the north and Boars Hill to the south, so get quite a good picture of weather systems ;-)

This one was going pretty much north-to-south; there's still a pretty dramatic mass of black cloud over Cumnor, although it definitely seems to have passed off central Oxford now.

Ooh, very nice!

And yes, I'm getting bright skies and sunshine even from my window now. I'm sad it's stopped snowing, but it does all look very pretty and shiny in the light.
