Got my mum the Wintersmith a couple of months ago, It's pretty good, I love the 'wee free men' series. They're brilliant.

I was pretty impressed with the Hogfather actually - given that most of pratchett's books are unfilmable even in animation, I thought it was laudable they even tried it in live action. Mr Teatime was a brilliant piece of casting and I thought David Jason did a good job as Albert too.

As for christmas dr who - better than last years definitely.
