B'ham update

Apparently the threat in Brum last night was "real and credible", but everything's back to normal now. Some people had a pretty tedious night, because there are quite a few who live within the evacuated area, and had to spend the night in places like Aston University instead. But they've been allowed home now, and all traffic is moving as normal.

Whew! Fabulous party. Absolutely FABULOUS! And I am so grateful to and touched by all the people who travelled from Oxford, Brighton, Reading, London, Winchester, Cambridge, Bristol and similar to be here and make it so enjoyable: thank you all!
