piffle.. well I hope you find a cheaper and nicer house soon.

I didn't realise buying a house was so complicated, and I REALLY hope my vendor doesn't back out, 'cos I don't fancy going through all this paperwork again. (am slightly terrified as the offer they accepted was below the asking price.)
