Mind you, the Serious Fan types tend to be pretty critical of the Sylvester McCoy era, too. Although I think I'm right in saying that The Curse of Fenric is one of the ones that gets off more lightly. I remember The Greatest Show in the Galaxy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Greatest_Show_in_the_Galaxy) from when I was a kid, but not much else from that period.
