Well, I'll be in a position to judge City of Death for myself before too long, as I have the DVD coming from Amazon shortly. As with my stab at Shada (http://purple-pen.livejournal.com/232448.html) earlier in the year, I chose it mainly for the Douglas Adams relevance - but I'm glad I listened to Shada first, as it caused me to adjust my expectations of Adams-Who quite a lot as a result. I suspect I'm in a better state of mind to enjoy City of Death for what it is having done so.
