Oh, I thought you'd seen this one, actually - isn't this the one that is on your double-disc with Scream and Scream Again? Anyway, if you haven't seen it I am sure you would like it - especially for the body-snatching theme. You will probably laugh during the throat-cutting scenes just as I did, though, as the special effects are so bad. :-/
