And I still haven't watched Byzantium but I am in awe of your ability to watch Bram Stokers Dracula again - even with the added delights of your gentleman caller and booze and looking for classical references and I wonder if the set dressings you mention were deliberately picked for their associations or because they looked 'old enough' :-)
Am also adding Penda's Fen and Razor Blade Smile to my watch list.
