I did indeed! We learnt about why it rains at weekends, who says 'To-whit-to-whoo', and why an explorer might need a dog, a knife and a bucket. And also got to see Alan Davies doing an impression of himself wipig his arse with a puppy. Who could ask for more?
Alan Davies, obviously, plus Clive Anderson, Arthur Smith and Vic Reeves (who won with something crazy like 60 points). I'm not so crazy about Arthur Smith - in fact, I recognised him, but couldn't have named him if he hadn't been introduced. But overall, they made an excellent line-up.
A couple of months, they seemed to be saying. This was only the second episode they've recorded of the new series, but they're doing 3 a week, so it should all be done pretty soon.
I certainly did! The Fryster was looking very swish and svelte in a dark blue suit, and was charming and angelic and gorgeous at us for a full two hours. :)
Tell me about it! It was the first time I've ever seen him in the flesh (literally at the end there, when his shirt was half-undone!), and definitely an experience I won't forget any time soon. Rah! :)
kaz_pixie seems to be signed up with something called Applause Store, which lets you apply for tickets for shows you'd like to see. That's about all I know, but I'm sure Googling would fill in the details.
I have to comment to your post just so I can say I have some sort of connection. You know, since you were in the studio when you posted it, and I'm replying to it, so it's like I was there, too.

Now I'm just trying to calm down enough to make a coherent post about the whole thing. ;)
