I have this cracky theory that Boe is Dalek Sek.

He probably isn't, but the idea amuses me.

I never thought of any of the other options, but I can see the Master or Davros being so desperate for eternal life that they wouldn't mind ending up as a head in a jar.

I think the Face of Boe is Rassilon. Probably not, but it's amusing to think of.

Interesting thoughts. Although for it to be either Davros or the Master, I think it would require a distinct change of personality, since in the end, Boe gave his life to save others.

What I DO want to know though, is what happened to the Boemina he gave birth to in The Long Game (I think?)! Or even HOW he die!
