Oh, that house is so very you! I love the wooden floorboards and the lounge rug ... you've managed to strike a lovely balance between clean minimalism and rich, old-fashioned style :)

Thanks! There are still a few more things I want to do with it - but it's definitely well on its way to being how I want it now. And I would never think of buying a rug like the one in the lounge normally - but in this house, I absolutely love it!
